We have been working with Macegreen over the last 3–4 years, during which time they have been providing Stonewater with Employer’s Agent, Cost Consultancy, Principal Designer and Clerk of Works services. Being new to Stonewater at the start of the framework, Macegreen are now delivering a number of contracts throughout our 3 national operating regions. They are proactive, great to work with and always work with the team to ensure that the job gets done.

Macegreen were appointed by Primark as commercial office experts to project manage the complex refurbishment of our UK headquarters in Reading. The 3-year project was extremely challenging as the works were all completed whilst we remained in occupation. The end result is fantastic and such a transformation. Macegreen’s commitment, expertise, proactive and detailed management was very much appreciated.

They are great to work with, are value for money and know how to get a job done. Macegreen have supported the council on all stages of a project life and have always provided outstanding work. We have been working with Macegreen since 2011 on the delivery of our flagship Genesis building. We have always found Macegreen to be reliable, fl exible and totally committed to the project at all stages. They understood our brief for a sustainable high quality, yet affordable scheme and have always had our interests at the forefront of the management of the inception, planning, procurement and construction stages. The Trust have had a very positive working relationship with Macegreen during the whole project and I would highly recommend them.

The advantages of Macegreen as a niche practice are that not only do they represent good value for money, but as an experienced senior team they have a total focus on client service, without being distracted by an over reliance on the need to cross-sell a multitude of other services.
